Garter Blue - Natural Paint Colour | Edward Bulmer Natural Paint

Garter Blue

It is possible the name of the colour used on the staircase at Osterley Park in 1787 referred to the colour of the Garter ribbon and allude to aristocratic clients. Whether true or not I have taken a blue verditer hue as my starting point and achieved a tone light enough to give a fresh wall colour that is bouncy enough for a boy’s bedroom but subtle enough for all sorts of living rooms – even halls.

"That color is so good and perfect- are your paints sold in the US? they're all so beautiful- I can't stop looking at the gallery!"
