Delivery Options We freshly mix every paint order before carefully packing it for delivery. All delivery estimates are based on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Next Working Day Delivery Order before 12 noon, Monday to Thursday and your paint will usually be dispatched that afternoon for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday, on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Standard Delivery: 2–4 Working Days Our standard delivery service usually takes 2–4 working days. Saturday & Express Delivery Need your paint urgently or require a Saturday delivery? Please email deliveries@edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to discuss the available options. Please Note We work closely with our courier partners to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery charges for the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands will be calculated at checkout. For deliveries to the Channel Islands, including Alderney, Herm and Sark, please email deliveries@edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk. From Our Paint Room to Your Door Once we receive your order, our expert paint technicians mix your paint and carefully pack each tin in recyclable packaging for its journey from our Herefordshire HQ to your door. You can track your delivery through our courier, APC. Please provide a mobile phone number and email address when ordering so that our courier can send you delivery updates. If you miss your delivery, you can arrange another attempt through APC. Planning a decorating project? We recommend waiting until your paint has arrived before confirming a date with your decorator. Returns Every tin of our paint is freshly mixed to your chosen colour and finish. As our paint is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
