She had a passion for anything Cornish and cared deeply about the preservation of the land, recording many old buildings of all types, and the landscape around her from a ‘boiling’ sea to a sunrise behind the Lizard or a sunset over Mount’s Bay. She was passionate about flowers and painted every single bunch that she was given by friends. Colour lovers Amy Eld, founder of Rock the Heirloom and Sarah Davenport, founder of That Rebel House, join us for two technicolour weeks showcasing their passions in sourcing the finest antiques and textiles from across the globe. Edward will be talking about his book ‘The Colourful Past, Edward Bulmer and the English Country House’. Edward will be discussing projects past and present and how he combines his love for the well-worn and timeless, with rich new colour palettes and finishes. Tuesday 12th March 1pm- The Journey to Bcorp- Edward joins Giles Kime, Lee Lovett of Soho Lighting and Alexander Yardy of Simpsons London, to discuss the journey to BCorp status and what it means to them. April Sunday 21st April 10.30AM- Winchester Book Festival, with Rizzoli Books- Organised and run by Sophie Liardet. Giles Kime, Executive & interiors editor at Country Life and a Winchester local will be hosting the panel on architecture and interiors design.
