Relying mainly on yellow ochre this colour has all the character of the invaluable earth pigment. Just by adding white and a touch of chrome yellow to give it zing it makes a beautiful wall paint. Like all our colours, Ochre is made with gentle, plant-based chemistry which does not cost the earth – use our earth-friendly paints for a greener future.
As background, the house is a fairly undistinguished 1960s house, so it lacks interesting features, but it has large windows and it’s very light. For this reason we chose Ochre for the main room, which is our sitting room. It faces east, so on a good day the sun comes streaming through the windows in the morning, and I wanted something yellow to enhance the sunlight. The photos show it in the morning light, but it is equally lovely in lamplight in the evening.

Our Water Based Gloss is our highest satin product with an 80% sheen. This product is perfect for interior and exterior woodwork and metalwork with a durable finish. Sold in 1 and 2.5-litre tins.

We use our local courier service called APC which is based in Hereford. APC operates franchises throughout the country and we can deliver parcels throughout the UK on an overnight service.
We are not able to offer returns, as all of our paint is mixed to order and therefore is a bespoke product.
NB: We will accept returns of non bespoke products which include preparatory products.
