The colour box is aimed at design professionals who are putting together schemes for clients. The A5 sheets can be used on site alongside fabrics and furnishings to achieve the best possible interior design scheme for your client. We use the actual paint to paint these A5’s on recycled card put together in a gorgeous linen bound box. On the back of each sheet is a description of each colour and also a historical key outlining which colour is suitable for each era of architecture. In the latest edition we also give samples of our Water Based Eggshell and Water Based Gloss. We hope that you will find this is a useful tool in designing amazing interiors!

We have spent years perfecting our pioneering plant-based paints and we are proud of the product we have created using gentle chemistry and a lot of dedication to making a more sustainable paint! We believe we are pioneers in creating natural paints using plant-based ingredients instead of petrochemical derived products.
Unlike many other paint brands, what’s in our tins is on our tins! We declare all of our ingredients, read our full list of ingredients and learn more about how our paint is made.
We use our local courier service called APC which is based in Hereford. APC operates franchises throughout the country and we can deliver parcels throughout the UK on an overnight service.
We are not able to offer returns, as all of our paint is mixed to order and therefore is a bespoke product.
NB: We will accept returns of non bespoke products which include preparatory products.
If you believe your paint is faulty, please contact our team.

My decorator has just finished the library in Buff with Spanish White and Whiting, as you suggested, and it is totally transformed
We have created this calculator to help you estimate the amount of paint you will need for your project. Please note that this is only an estimate, based on normal surfaces with two coats of paint.
Please check our practical painting advice - if you are painting onto a very absorbent surface, you may need more paint, and for best results, you may need to prime your surfaces.
If you end up with any leftover paint, get inspired with ways to use any excess paint - it's even compostable!
What are you painting?

This estimate is based on the dimensions of your room, minus the space taken by average doors and windows.
For this area, we suggest would be adequate.
Our water based eggshell or gloss is ideal for woodwork or metalwork.
This estimate is based on skirting and the doors/windows you tell us about. 1 litre should cover 2-3 doors or 20m of skirting.
Our office and London showroom will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday, although the showroom is open 10-5pm on Saturday 30th March. We shall be back to freshly mix up your paint on Tuesday 2nd April. Dismiss
