Old recipes for Dove Colour have not survived though it was also a name used to describe a marble that we now call Bardiglio which was much used and simulated (in paint) in the fashionable interiors of the early C19th. We have lightened our tone to give it greater usability, both as a trim and a wall colour. Dove is a good grounded background, making it a very versatile netural, with depth, for use throughout the house from hallway to bathroom to complement our stronger colours – a truly sustainable colour.
Our low VOC Dove emulsion is now available in three lighter shades, so 60%, 40% and 20% lighter than the original natural colour. Beautiful, breathable natural paint.
Still much to do on the house. It is happening very 'organically' shall we say. But it looks fab in its progression and we're very happy. The paint never goes unnoticed!

Our Water Based Eggshell has a satin finish with 20% sheen so still has a softness to it. Perfect for woodwork and metalwork this finish is easy to apply. Sold in 1 and 2.5-litre tins.
Our Water Based Gloss is our highest satin product with an 80% sheen. This product is perfect for interior and exterior woodwork and metalwork with a durable finish. Sold in 1 and 2.5-litre tins.
