Main Terms & Conditions All goods shall remain in the sole ownership of Natural Paint Ltd (the vendor) – trading as Edward Bulmer Natural Paint – until such times as all monies payable have been received by the vendor. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order where there is a material error in the description of the goods or the advertised prices. A 2–4-day delivery service for paint orders up to 12L or 20kg is £6.50. Next-day delivery is charged at £10. A 2–4-day delivery service for paint orders between 12.5-56L or 20-90kg is £8.50. Next-day delivery is charged at £15. Paint orders over 56L or 90kg will be subject to a pallet delivery charge. Delivery for 2+ sample pots on a 2-4-day service is FREE. Delivery for 1 sample pot on a 2-4-day delivery service is £5. Next day delivery for 1+ sample pots is charged at £10. Standard delivery charges apply to sample pots purchased alongside other products. Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. Time shall not be of the essence in the delivery of any goods, and the vendor shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery beyond the value of the goods in question. Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to add, remove, substitute or alter products on sale. This reservation is extended to the matching of colours between batches and products. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that colour matches are good, the nature of the pigments and base materials used means that colours may vary. In addition to this, the effects of natural processes on painted surfaces may lead to colours changing over time. PLEASE NOTIFY ANY COLOUR OR PRODUCT DISCREPANCIES BEFORE DECORATING AS WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY APPLICATION COSTS IN THE EVENT OF THESE DISCREPANCIES BEING NOTICED AFTER THE PAINT HAS BEEN USED. Whilst every effort is made for images on our website to accurately display the colour of our paints, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the goods on delivery. If in doubt, we advise that you purchase either samples of the colour or a colour swatch before placing your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate storage for the goods purchased. Natural Paint Ltd will not take any responsibility for losses, damages or costs arising out of unsuitable, unsafe or inadequate storage conditions. Returns – Private United Kingdom customers have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (the Regulations). Natural Paint Ltd offers the following returns policy: We are not able to offer returns, as all of our paint is mixed to order and therefore is a bespoke product. We will accept returns of non bespoke products which include preparatory products. Any customer wishing to exercise this right must notify the vendor by telephone 01544 388535 or by email to info@edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk. You may return your paint if it is faulty within two weeks from the date of delivery, please contact us by telephone 01544 388535 or by email to info@edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk Any goods mixed to customers’ specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right to cancel. Damaged/Lost Goods – Where goods are delivered to or received by the customer damaged or there is a shortfall, Natural Paint Ltd must be notified within 28 days in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. No such claim will be accepted outside of this time limit. Terms & Conditions - Colour Consultancy Services In-Home Colour Consultation Service The In-Home Colour Consultation Service is charged at a minimum of £225.00 for 2 hours, inclusive of VAT to be paid before the date of the booking. For this fee, you will receive; -A visit to your home from one of our expert Colour Consultants to discuss a bespoke colour palette for your home. -A decoration schedule listing the colours discussed, room by room. -Free A5 sample of all the colours discussed. Sample pots may be sent in place of an A5 sample depending on stock. -Ongoing support from our consultancy team who will prioritise any questions or queries you may have. -A half-price Hand Painted Fan Deck which you may opt-in for on our website Colour Consultancy booking form. -A 10% discount on your account, please note this does not include delivery, sample pots, extra A5 samples or preparatory products. The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other Edward Bulmer Natural Paint trade discount or offer. The 10% discount can only be claimed by ordering directly from Edward Bulmer Natural Paint, either via our website or over the phone. Orders received through a third party such as an interior designer or contractor will be handled on an individual basis regarding the 10% discount. In the event that your Colour Consultant is required to travel outside of their area a travel charge will be applied after 40 miles of travel, this will be added to the payable fee. This is £45.00 an hour which can be charged in 15-minute increments plus the standard 0.45p per mile. You will be informed of a travel fee if applicable before payment for the consultancy is taken. If your consultation lasts less than the time booked no refund shall be made. If it lasts more than 15 minutes of the allocated time booked, an additional charge may be applied, this will be confirmed at the time of the consultation. The In-Home Colour Consultation service is an advisory service only, providing advice concerning your colour schemes. We are happy to discuss other brands of existing paint if it affects the colour scheme of your bespoke palette. This will be to ensure your scheme flows well throughout your home. The cost of paint is not included in the consultation fee. Please note cancellations/changes of consultation date/time can be made up to 2 business days prior to the appointment date. If the consultation is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, no refund will be made. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the proposed colour scheme before placing your order. In the event that you dislike a colour scheme, neither Edward Bulmer Natural Paint nor the Colour Consultant can be held responsible. If in doubt, please contact the Colour Consultancy team who are more than happy to help. We advise that you or your chosen contractor check and confirm quantities of all products prior to placing your order. Our Sales Team are happy to help if room measurements are provided. However, neither Edward Bulmer Natural Paint nor the Consultant shall be liable in relation to any matter (e.g. cancelled appointments or late arrival for an appointment) where such an event should happen outside of our control including but not limited to travel disruption. Virtual Consultation You will receive different materials after your virtual booking depending on the amount of time booked. Virtual Consultation sessions can be booked at a minimum of 30 minutes (referred to as a Power Half Hour) for £50.00 inclusive of VAT to be paid before the date of the booking. Booking and payment should ideally be taken through our website. For a Power Half Hour, you will receive: -A detailed email after the session, listing the colours room by room. -Ongoing support from our consultancy team who will prioritise any questions or queries you may have. – A 10% discount on your account, please note this does not include delivery, sample pots, extra A5 samples or preparatory products. In-Store Colour Consultation Service In-store consultations are available at our showroom at 69 Pimlico Road, London, SW1W 8NE. You can book 30-minute, 1-hour or 2-hour appointments.
