This collection has an unrivalled and understated elegance, the effortlessly beautiful and sustainable designs made from only natural fabrics of pure linen and organic cotton were showcased effortlessly against our natural paint. Trumpington and the designs together creating an enduring aesthetic drawing us back to the calming tones of nature. Anthropologie pop-up on the Kings Road Trumpington is my new favourite natural neutral, offering just the right balance of a sophisticated, earthy colour that tones in beautifully providing a rich and warm backdrop. It is particularly lovely combined with the warmth of Spanish White, Indigo blue and deep burgundy and sits well with textured natural materials; wicker, rattan and jute. It is a fabulous backdrop and can be used in a great variety of rooms. As with all our tones it is based on earth pigments and iron oxides. I tend to reserve the deepest hues to rooms that are usually artificially lit and probably used for relaxing or entertaining in.
