Through the Keyhole | Edward Bulmer Paint

Through the Keyhole

Sutton Court is a glorious Georgian house nestled in the Corvedale Valley, Shropshire.  It is home to one of our most experienced colour and paint experts, Amanda.  She not only sells our paint, she runs a thriving holiday cottage business from her beautiful home and is an extremely talented gardener.

We also think she is an accomplished interior designer with an eye for colour and great style as you will see from these photos.  She has used our Eau de Nile paint to transform a rarely used music room, with wonderful doors onto the garden, into a stylish family room.  She has mixed the old architecture with modern pieces and cleverly bought a kitchen into a living area, which is perfect for family use.

In the holiday cottage bedrooms she has used Sea Green and Rose Tinted White to bring alive the attic bedrooms which all have quirky ensuite bathrooms. In the bathrooms she has used various blues - Aerial Tint and Duck Egg.  Throughout the house she has used her favourite Whiting for all the woodwork and ceilings.  See cover article in English Home May 2016 edition.

As you can see Amanda really knows how to use our natural paint and what is great - she is at the end of the phone to talk through your colour choices and help with those colour decisions which can sometimes appear quite daunting.
